The baby's first Halloween was a busy one! He was a trooper through the whole thing. We were gone almost all day. We started at Sydney's 3rd birthday party at Papa Ginos. After that we went to my father-in-law's house. From there we went to my parent's house and made our last stop to see my mother-in-law. We didn't get home until after 9pm. Thankfully we kind of had two Halloween costumes. One of them was just pajamas and a hat that made Eric look like a pumpkin. The other one was the elaborate lion costume that Eric insisted on getting. Needless to say the lion costume just didn't work. But it is so big that we will maybe get some use out of it next year.
Now for some pictures in no particular order:

Pretty awesome cake!

Ok so my sister is going to be very upset about this picture but the story behind it is a little funny in retrospect. So my sister was holding Dylan and we gave her Eric to hold too for a really cute picture. She was crouched down and Dylan leaned on her and she fell over dropping Eric on his head. Eric took a picture on her camera that was kind of a before where my sister's eyes are saying "I'm going to fall over!" and this is the after of them actually falling over that I had snapped while trying to take what would have been a cute picture. Eric was totally fine but my sister feels terrible! Eric knows she didn't mean it and he loves her just the same! (You can't even really see baby Eric because daddy Eric's hand is in the way)

Note to self for future birthday parties: throw a bunch of kids in a room with a bunch of balloons and you've got one entertaining party!

Aww Ryan :)

Eric liked the balloons too... well he liked to eat them at least!

Hi, I'm a cute pumpkin!

This is the elaborate lion costume. Doesn't he look thrilled about it??

So cute but I wish the hat wasn't falling off!
